Are we kind of saying the same thing? Using my example of 10 pages that were new the first time you open it, then the next time you open it, it goes to the 11th page, regardless of whether you read all 10 pages or not the first time? Well, unless the next post is still on the 10th page, in which case it will open the 10th page again. So if you open it, and then don't actually read it, next time it's still going to go straight to the "11th" page, right?

No, that's not what I was saying at all... if I use your example, and you read to page 4 when there are 10 pages, then the next time you open the thread it will open on page 5, regardless of how many new pages there are since last time you read...

I'm also not finding anything significant about April. If i open one prior to conversion that i haven't read since conversion, it goes to page 1, no matter the dates. But if I've read it since conversion, it goes to where i left off.

I also hate how it takes me to page 1 if it's a thread that I've already read all the posts.
For example, i went to look at the last page of my watched threads, then wanted to come back here. Thought "new posts" would be the quickest route, since i had just posted, but NO. It wasn't there. Then when i finally get to the thread, it takes me back to page 1. Toooo many clicks to do something so simple! Not to mention how slow it loads, and accidental clicking from everything being so close together. And i have tiny fingers. Someone with fat fingers would be a mess.

anyway, i have Morons from 2007 at the end of my list.
(and now I've forgotten the dates on Kathy's that i was initially trying to do this to compare!! Ugh!)

I've found that if I've not looked since conversion it goes to page 1,
then I hit 'go to first unread post' it goes to mid May even tho I've read that post and after.
They probably had to set it to somewhere.
I just scroll down to where I really last read.

Oh, ok I see what you're saying now. I will have to experiment with it a little bit, because I didn't think it was doing that for me.

@Nifty-Chicken is there any way to disable the old app?

We hope to have a new app developed soon. In the interim, anybody who's using the old app and having problems can easily switch over to their mobile browser for a great user experience.

When on my Ipone I use safari. It is far from pleasant on it. Just so you know, I end up with a lot of the problems others talk about on it..
