CA Anyone???

When we travel in our RV from So. Cal to Washington, we always make an overnight stop in Dunnigan. Every morning we wake to the sound of crowing roosters. Love it!

Wave hello when you drive through Redding. We are west of the exit 675 on Highway 5 near the town of Igo!

Newbie here,

I'm in Orange, Ca.

no birds yet.
I'm just about finished building my pen though, and will soon start on the coop inside.
Been lurking/reading for the past few days, and learning alot already.
Haven't yet decided on which types of birds to get yet.

I would like to meet some local people and see their coops/pens to get some ideas on what will work best in my pen.

to you have come to the right place to get all the information that you will ever need for chickens. Check out the coop design page here for lots of ideas. In the blue band at the top click on "Index" then "Coop & Run - Design...". I'm in Northern Cal but lots of folks from Southern Cal here too.
