Calcified Bump ?? Help!

I just got a silkie chick yesterday. The lady noticied it limped and so found out it only had 4 toes and gave it to me. Well after checking over the chick i found a hard bump on the bottom of one of the toes. It feels calcified...and seems to cause discomfort and/or pain since the chick limps and hops a little. Heres a picture...

Any suggestions or thoughts?

It doesn't look like bumblefoot, which is usually a dark scab. I haven't seen that type of issue. Could it be an abscess? If it is hard, it could be some type of bone growth. I hope that others will give you an answer.

@eggcessive it is hard...and i was wondering if it could be a piece of a bone...im asking around
