So I've been incubating some bobwhite and california quail eggs I got from my pairs and...

...THEY'RE HATCHING!!! :celebrate

One california just popped out. Another one has been hatching, I'll see how that one goes.
I don't think they'll all hatch, we've had some really hot days and the incubator may have overheated, but I'll see how we go.

I'll try and get pictures tomorrow.

Also, little chick has curled toes.
They usually straighten out on their own. If you don't have the grippy shelf liner stuff then a washcloth or paper towels could work.
