I am jealous of all the snow! We just have oodles of rain!

I miss the Alaska snow. Usually there isn't much of it, just dry cold winter, but last year was a record for snowfall in Anchorage. I think it was somewhere around 110 inch all winter. That was lovely! Of course the snow dumps were stilled piled high and melting by the time fall rolled around again.

so house update...

Paperwork is at the Title Company.
we are waiting on a roof cert. they should of gotten it today but the house had snow on the roof.
so they are going back tomorrow. Probably to more snow but

if all goes well. we will sign Monday am and get keys Wednesday. If not well.

UPDATE 4 pens are rented already - 6 still available

Just spoke to my "landlord" at the Ranch where I've built my pens, instead of taking the pens & coops down, she is open to others renting them, about $75 a month for each (includes autowaters, water & coop) Each coop is one half of a 6' x 4' coop, the pens are each 6' wide. Some are 18' long, some 12' long. There are 10 pens and are located in Clayton. Please let me know if you are interested
