California - Northern

So we've been having predator issues again (another fox, I think). I set up the trap this morning.
This is what I get for baiting it with salmon.

NOTE: not a fox...

When we lived in Chico we had a 125 gallon tank, sold it about 15 years ago sadly.

I think he's allergic to something else. I've had 6 groups I've raised in the laundry room and he never had a problem with any of them. I did move the incubator outside, that,s the only think different since we built the house 8 years ago.

That would have been an awesome brooder.

Well, allergens do change - I was never "allergic" to any of the seasons - until about 2 years ago when I noticed some stuffiness when a certain tree was blooming - and I have been living her for 11 years - it never bothered me before. I hope you figure out what is causing the allergies - they can be miserable.

She did not do that though--she found a new home for him.

Oh yes - live chicken would work for the fox, but I would feel sorry for the chicken! I used a dead goose that was killed two nights before in a live trap - and caught a raccoon! I was hoping to catch whatever had killed the goose - only the raccoon wasn't big enough to have killed that one with one bite - and carried off the other 20 lb goose .. so it wasn't him.

Oh, I forgot - my mom caught a skunk in a trap using a live rooster - only the rooster was beyond the trap in another cage - and the skunk could only get close to the chicken by going into the trap. I still felt sorry for the rooster - it made quite a racket when the skunk tripped the trap - that woke everybody up!
