Amen to that! Two of my 3 pullets are laying now - Inga lays cream colored and Ting's are light brown. Tilly is my hold out. She's about 24 weeks now and I hope to see an egg from her, soon. These 3 keep me entertained and occupied. Truthfully, I enjoy tending to them but know that more would lessen the pleasure of cleaning up after them. I'm glad I can't legally have more. I don't want them overcrowded so am not tempted to sneak in more.

I vicariously enjoy an extended flock family on this thread! I am a sucker for egg photos. I fell behind on posts a couple of weeks ago and invested quite a bit of time to catch up. Who needs a Kindle when reading posts here is so addictive?!

I was thinking about Chooklet the other day!

I hope Miss Molly is ok too.

I emailed with Dyann (chooklet) back and fourth a month or so ago and she was doing well but working alot. I will tell her she is missed and hopefully she can jump on and say hi.

It depends on how they were treated and how old they were before they were shipped.

In other chicken related news... One of the three serama is frizzle. Feisty things fly right out of my hand and peck me on the way!im shopping for a nice multi level indoor cage because its just easier than figuring how to keep them in the snow. Have not broke it to the hubby yet since he is still building a quail pen and additional run on my extra coop.....
