Have any of you designed and had labels printed for egg cartons? My girls have just started priducing more eggs than my family eats. I think at this point I can start to at least "gift" a few dozen a week to supplement our feed costs. And so of course I need cute labels.

I get Avery Labels at the Office Supply store and print my own labels. I get the ones that fit 10 labels per page.

I don't have images on my tablet but we print our own labels for jams, pickles, eggs. Avery used to have free templates to match up to the labels they sell, of course they discontinued the one we were using and we upgraded to laser printer so we had to re-do everything.

One of our 4-Hers is incubating eggs for a science project so I lent her my LG incubator and gave her 4 of our eggs to put in with her silkie/EE, silkie/barred rock crosses. They are now in lockdown and all 4 I sent over are going strong. I'm excited about the possible hatch and they aren't even here.

I couldn't find Avery labels that fit & stayed in place. In a search I found Rhino labels, with recyclable labels too. They sent me a bunch of samples, and when I finally ordered they were here in a few days. They have me for life!

That is frustrating! I did notice that they redid some items recently! But Avery does have some real cute labels out and they do still have free templates. I use them for jam
and a couple of other items as well. I have to admit that I never thought of using them for the cartons!

You all have inspired me in the last few weeks with my flock and now with labels! Hmmmm...

Did you find that one site has better pricing on the recycled than another or were they about the same?
