Oh gosh, I can't do that. I'm the type that has to measure things out perfectly.
Id say get the Apple Cider Vinegar too. its really the best option. If the chick is not acting that perky or is not that hardy i would go to the pharmacy and get
Poly-Vi-Sol
give them a drop on the beck 2 times a day and that will probably help

Measure how much is in one packet and then divide it by 4 to know how much to put in a quart. I just eyeball it. I give mine probiotics and electrolytes in filtered water while they are in the brooders in the house. Once they graduate to an outside brooder at 4-5 weeks, they get Braggs apple cider vinegar in their water.

Okay, I just measured a packet of Save a Chick probiotic for you. It had 2 tsp of powder in it so that's 1/2 tsp per quart of water.

Thank you! That's very helpful because I don't know if my food scale is accurate ATM since the battery is low. LOL I can be a bit OCD so I can't just eyeball stuff

So that'll be 1/4 TSP in a Mason Jar since those are 16oz. Thank you so much!

The pack should say how many grams are in in and you should be able to measure fluids, right? How many ounces are in a mason jar? The Sav-A-Chick I have is 21.26 grams, so if my math isn't wrong it's 21.26 grams divided by 128 ounces = .166 grams per ounce. Haven't had my coffee yet, so please double check!

So you use the pint sized mason/ball jars? I've always used the quart sized ones with my chicks.
