What breed? Looking generally looking "pulletish" to me...

How old is it? The comb and face are very red. Should start laying soon if it's a pullet.

Strangest thing happened yesterday. Eric was asking me about getting more cots-the man who is always trumping about all the birds around here! Good timing from the recent conversation, I even have someone who wants the extra males.

Thanks. I figured it out. I thought he was talking about a BYC announcement.

NOOOOOOOOO! just found out that the closest feed store to me (1 hr away) is closing, They are only keeping the tractor sales open as the feed store is a consistant loss! The next closest is another 30 min away. Getting to costco/walmart/trader joes already is a 6 hour min trip. Oh, the things we do to live in the places that we love.

The Dels arrived at the feed store Wed Feb 26th so that makes them 10 weeks (if you can say pullet or not it would be helpful)








Buffs Arrived feed store Fri 3/28 making them 6 weeks this week





Here is the brooder still needs some final touches but all the Buffs seem to get along in it.
