So my chicken numbers have gotten out of control lol there wasn't very much demand for the Serama chicks I hatched so I decided to give them away......15 2 1/2 month old chicks gone. Whew. I've sold almost all of my layer flock too, down to 4 LF and 11 Seramas. (not counting the 7 chicks and 2 older chicks in the garage not sure what I'm going to do with them) but it was a relief to be able to do chicken chores in 5 minutes. My coop is so empty!!
I don't know whether to congratulate you or send my condolences Liz..................LOL

I had noticed my Tolbunt Polish wanting to get into the coop, so I picked her up, put her in, and locked all the other hens out. Checked on her a couple hours later and found an egg in the nest box! Woohoo! Officially have another egg to set, I'll set exactly 10 days from now I think. Hopefully I'll be able to continue being able to tell which eggs are hers by separating them when it looks like she wants to lay.
Wooot!!!

Better pictures, contrast boosted 100 points so you can see what I suspect is blood rings better. If these are blood rings, do I discard the eggs? If so I'd like to crack them open and see what's inside. :)

EGG 2;

These are two separate eggs. Are these blood rings? If yes, do I discard the eggs? One of them is a Tolbunt Polish egg so I want to be 100% sure it's not viable before I toss it, if you guys think these are blood rings.

They do pretty much look like blood rings, but as long as they don't smell or weep it won't hurt anything to leave them in another week or so. If you run out of room and they haven't changed or they don't pass the sniff test, then yes, discard.

The one on the Tolbunt egg is VERY easy to see(egg 1), as you can tell from the pictures - it would not surprise me if this one is caused by bacteria entering the egg, as the egg was laid on the ground and has dirt on it(but not enough to justify washing it)

All my chickens sound fine when they "talk"...but my two Andalusians, when they sneeze, it sounds wet. That's the only way I can describe it. They're acting fine and look fine, just have wet sounding sneezes. What could that be? Do I need to worry/do anything?

ETA: They aren't sneezing any more than normal. Just after eating like they always do.
