California - Northern

I have an incubator for sale! It's a gqf cabinet incubator. Text me at 2094814058 for more info. I'm located in manteca California I'm asking 500 but price is negotiable.it holds 1500 quail eggs and has hatched at over 80% it holds about 200 chickens eggs.
400

I get 100% hatches with my GCM eggs. Keeping the humidity at 42% helps. Never have lost a chick either. They are super fat chicks and grow fast. Roosters are super alert flock protectors too.

I liked the pictures you posted a day or so ago =)
Like so many others…thank you all for sharing your flocks. I couldn't possibly add any more at this point, so it helps to see yours.

Hello NorCal BYC folks.

I just signed up after lurking about for some time and found this post and thought I'd say hello. Our family is really looking forward to raising chickens and eating those wonderful tasting eggs.

Cheers!

Bradley
Welcome!

Those are amazing!!! Pretty blues too. If you have shiny shells that is nice, I don't see that too often.
I get a range of sizes, but no starters like that! Were they double yolks?
Nope, single yolks. She skipped laying pullet eggs and went straight to large.

Is anyone interested in a warming plate style brooder? I got from Premier1 Farm Supplies. It's just like the Brinsea EcoGlow for 50 chicks, 16" x 24" with a dome cover so the chickies don't sit on top of it.
It's brand new in the box - never been used.
It's too dang big for my brooder & the amount of chicks i'll ever have at one time.
I had dreams bigger then my realities. I'm going to get the smaller one.
I'd be happy to find a useful home for what i paid for it: $102, rather than return it.
I can meet you at the PPBA show in Modesto next Sat.
PM me for any questions or if you'd like it.
Thanks.

I was finally able to add pictures. :)

That's very interesting!  I really enjoy the way people with related interests find each other online.  What are some of the main things you've learned from your connection with the professor?
I hope you will post here too.
The best thing was the history as it was not in English just in Catalonian . The Dr is the person that helped save the breed, he translated the history for me for the Penedesenca site and valuable standards information that was impossible to find

I love that kind of connection, look forward to reading it at your site.
