Actually hitting Lowes today for the last of what I need after the Packers game

I'm looking forward to getting the project started. I just harvested about 2500 mealworms from my other farming endeavor. I had a blast introducing some of my babies to their new treat. The little Olandsk Dwarf chicks from Chooklet's birds were the cutest. They were playing tug-of-war with the smaller worms. I have got to find the camera. I am missing out on way too many photo ops.

I hope every single one hatches!

I just set all my eggs last night. That MIGHT be my last hatch this year? Unless someone has some rare stuff after these hatch.

This spring I'm going hatch crazy!

I am really, really trying NOT to take the next step up. I hatched a bajillion chicks too many this year with just the styros. THAT little beauty would push my poor hubby over the edge...hee hee

Cool beans. They are such pretty birds, I really enjoy them. My oldest girls are just starting to lay, but won't be put in with the rooster for a while. I will definitely let you know!

I have the link to it in my browsers quick links and sometimes I click on it just to dream of having it one day. It is the perfect little step away from having a big Sportsman hatcher and incubator....

I am resisting that purchase too but one day....
