Just found this forum and joining. I'm in the east bay!

Wow, those are yummy brown eggs. I don't have any really dark brown egg layers.... yet.....

The first eggs have been varying in color. Deb is hatching 3 that where lighter than these two. The first one they laid was very dark but it was broken by my cat.

They are enjoying the good life. They get up in the morning, eat what I put out for them last night, get a taxi ride outside to dig in the dirt and eat grass all day, then another taxi ride back inside where its warm at night... spoiled rotten!
