That looks so good!

What Breed and how old? I am really looking forward to seeing what the Bresse taste like....
I hatched an SG Dorking X Blue Marans. That was the best tasting of my home grown birds yet.
That sounds like a great place!

When do you move to Cabo? Are you still planning on getting Bresse down there?
The plan makes perfect sense and I am happy to help with getting this part of Breed improvement going for you. This is a long term project with the goal of improving a rare and endangered breed!

I can't wait until you get a Rooster that is completely SOP and up to weight! Even your Culls are amazing.
They were 8 week old Cornish Cross. We processed four yesterday, and the smallest (after processing) was over 5 pounds!! We still have 14 left to do in the next week or so.

Thank you so much!

They are great looking chickens.

You need to hurry--They will be huge in two weeks!

Did they have leg problems yet?

I know!! They grow so fast. For the last month or so they have been out with the rest of my hens. I haven't had any with leg problems, I even have one that roosts with they layer girls at night. They eat a ton though. I went through 100 pounds of food in a week (with 12 layers - 10 chicks - and 18 Cornish Cross).
