Ooh I'm visual so that's a great chart! Not like I'm planning on breeding blue chickens or anything.... probably shouldn't say that in a thread full of enablers. LOL!

I have Blue Auatralorps and blue;splash UofA Blue egg layers.

I will be sending them off for breeding soon so the chart is very helpful. I bet we could get you some Blue chickens for you. They are very Shiny!

I looked at the girls' combs and wattles last night. Ellie's is like non-existent.

Ironically Bab's the Brahma's is pretty pinkish red
.

The olive egger's is pretty pink too.

and more chickens....

Brawny the English Oprington.. so serious!

Brawny is getting maroon feathers on his wings... wonder if it's the millie fleur in him?

Speckles is a Splash and Brawny is Blue - you already have those genetics in your flock! I think Brawny is getting red leakage on his wings, boys do that sometimes, especially if he does have Mille Fleur coloring in his background. He doesn't need MF to get red leakage though - its a gene that likes to pop up in the boys and not the girls.

My Brahma started laying before my EEs did too - was surprised. She was a bantam, but she started almost a month before I got anything out of any of my other bantams too!
