I am not going to be able to go to the Stockton show this year. I having a family get together for our daughter's birthday.

Ok, so I will look for a car in the parking lot with lots of bumper stickers (chicken related?) you will have to pin a business card to your shirt, but I need a description of those tatoo's

I should clarify........I have lots of BYC bumper stickers, but they are not on my car.

You won't find bumper stickers on my car. They are for giving away to members.

Hi all! I'm from Sebastopol (Sonoma County) and new to the forum. I just bought my first two chickens (a baby golden sexlink and an Austrolorp as well as two crested pekin duckling? We are planning to get a few more chickens for dual egg/pet purposes. I am just in love with them. Looking forward to learning and sharing,
Welcome!

I'll have turkeys but they need attention when they are babies and can be tricky to raise. I have royal palms but the most pet like heritage are midget whites. Such cuties!!

If you are trying to sell anything on the site golden feather is worth it. It's cheap 10 a year or sone such.

Marans are known for laying a looking time. But not good winter layers. Some of my Marans are 4 year old and still laying with the sun.

I'm wanting "camp ken more" turkeys. I promised to not winter over anything that would require more building. Even though I did have dd puppy dog eye my husband about a mini coop for the serama and a few hens to keep them warm. They're messing with my breeding plans!

Ahh bbw eating turkeys don't breed naturally like cornish x. I'd go to the feed store and ask them to order some.

I look at all kinds of things and think about how they would work in my chicken world. I keep thinking about buying one of those big gorilla shelves they have at Costco and turn it into a multi-level chick brooder. I love neat ways of using vertical space since I am so limited on horizontal space.

vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv eek ! Baby typing. She says hellow!
My Grandpa has been long infirm and finally passed on. His poor body was a trap for him these last few years. While I am sad - it is also a blessing that he no longer suffers. I have 16 cousins (not counting spouses). Among us are 55 great grandchildren and several great-greats. Gettting together should be a ball!

I'm officially a bad chicken addict

because I'm scheming how to get away from all the fuss long enough to attend the show in Stockton. I had big plans for this weekend! Big chicken plans! Oh well. Guess it probably won't happen.

You all take picture please!
