Sorry, I missed it. What is the tape for? I missed like days worth of pages.

Chrissy I have a chick with spraddle leg and People were advising me re how they treat it in their birds. I used a bandaid and the little thing kicked it off and I had to retape.

you can feed it in crabcakes to me! Some say it will have a taste effect on eggs, you want crab eggss? I'm sure they will adore it.

It is not as easy as you would think, for sure.

Thank you chiqita!

Ron, here is a pic of the first Pita Pinta egg that I am sure is really a PP egg.

Tray of PP eggs, at least I think they all are!

10 eggs from my black Langshan trio just before loading them into the incubator! Can hardly wait to see these hatch!

Is this your new Langshan trio??? those birds are beautiful!

The 3rd pic are eggs from my new trio. My fingers are crossed that they will hatch! I had 2 of their eggs in with this last hatch but they didn't hatch. I do have the last 3 eggs still in the incubator and 1 of them has a pip. Maybe it will be a little black Langshan?!!!!

Quote: I'm not sure if I am going to band my hatchlings or not. The pack I have came in 4 different fluorescent colors and 2 different sizes. I use the big ones on the adults and the small ones look like they should work well for chicks. I like the idea of having them pre-zipped. That would save a lot of frustration at banding time. I band my finches with closed metal bands with year of hatch and an ID number. I band them when they are about 10 days old. These chicks should be pretty easy compared to them. I have to get the magnifying glasses out to do the finches..

Show-off just seems gender neutral than Showgirls. They are named Naked Neck Silkies in the ABA's latest newsletter.:P
Ahh yes. It is a sad name. I dont know if I kept the neqsletter I guess I should rwad them Tray of PP eggs, at least I think they all are! 10 eggs from my black Langshan trio just before loading them into the incubator! Can hardly wait to see these hatch!
Woot woot!

Now, look at how many eggs came out of this box !
It was the Mary Poppins box of eggs! Chiquita you banana I think your amazing. Only a lilt quail egg cracked. Unbelievable !

Someone a while back mentioned a few day process they use prior to loading into the incubator? I usually allow room temps then load but my shipped hatched rates are phooey . Anyone care to give me their two cents is welcome.
