These eggs are from a friend down by Butte College. She has some EE. No idea what colors, but I think her only Roo is a BC Marans.

Oh, so they will be like Olive Eggers

It will be fun to see what colors you get since you don't know what the hens colors are.

Go chickies! What blue egg layers are you hatching from?

I have two pips and they are both blue eggs from my Cream Legbars or CL mixes. I also have 2 Lavender Ameraucanas and 1 Blue Wheaten Ameraucana but the eggs are too big for the one and not the right shape for the other.

Keep watching craigslist. I just bought a brand new in the box Hovabator 1602 with turner, fan kit, and chick equipment for $80. The package sells for around $150 new. I would prefer to have another Genesis 1588 but the price was sure right!

You may be able to borrow one from the local 4-H group.

My Pita Pinta cockerel Zorro is the daddy for all the eggs except the Langshans. I'm hoping for lots of green egg laying pullets!
