so about 20/40 chicks from our stromberg's order for my grandpa died.... 9 DOA. They were shipped tuesday but we didn't get them until friday....

Well, that sucks. This seems to be happening a lot with hatchery chicks. Is this unusual? Seems to be an issue with the PO and delays.

The weather. The weather has been terrible and hatcheries have to send them anyway. There is something wrong with that business model. But we complain when places don't get orders out. I dunno what id do to improve it

That day almost today noway lol. They are growing fast! The important thing is no one can get in with them. They are only going out on very warm days but they love the gass and their splashy bowl.
