I Love Lake County too!!! Not a lot of money here but not a lot of it anywhere these days. Its a beautiful place to live. We are in the Spring Valley area of Clearlake Oaks.

I have a job that allows me to telecommute from home. I can literally live anywhere I want in the continental U.S. as long as I have broadband or DSL internet access (dial-up and satellite are not allowed--our platform is not compatible with those file transfer methods).

If there's high-speed internet in Lake County, I totally could live there.

I have family in Lake County, but we're in Sac County. We'll have to go back up there when it gets a little warmer. I could use a soak in the hot springs!

Doesn't bother me much (our 15 year old does not like that aspect though!) It is a bit like the waltons for the times we live in though. Most of Lake county has cable.

We have AT&T. It's our Phone & Internet.~{{ att.com It's real nice here in the Summer/out on the Lake.
