Wow.....the egg from the store doesn't even look like an egg!I did a side by side of my duck eggs vs an organic store bought egg. Here it is. Duck always on left.

We did add salt and pepper to both before cooking.The duck egg tastes best. The organic chicken egg tasted less eggy and a little fridge/stale like.![]()

Wow, I don't think I've ever seen an egg scrambled so light. It looks more like scrambled egg whites. Of course, maybe I'm just used to my own home produced eggs. I do remember duck eggs being yellower when scrambled. It's that huge proportion of yolk to white. Of course, all that grazing makes the yolks nice and dark.

HI Tammy!I seen an egg do this once and the hen had an inner Infection we did not know about . also read up on the salmonila and e coli going around in eggs and chicks .
I for one would not eat it ,
