How many of us are going to the Heirloom Expo in Santa Rosa next week? Karen, Denny, Monet and I are renting a cabin at the KOA in Petaluma for Tuesday night. We could rent a larger cabin and include 1-2 more people. Is anyone interested in staying with us for the one night? It will probably be $40 to $45 per person. We are meeting Sandy in the poultry building on Tues 11 AM when the Expo opens or as soon as we can get there.

Actually, I removed the Cream Legbars and the FBC Marans. I should add Trader Joes Leghons and later Arkansas Blues(if they hatch)

I seen an egg do this once and the hen had an inner Infection we did not know about . also read up on the salmonila and e coli going around in eggs and chicks .
I for one would not eat it ,

Are you referring to my eggs? That is what they all look like and my ducks are all very healthy. We ate the egg and it was delicious and no one is ill. Excuse my typos. Sent from my iPhone.

Sun- Wed one duck a day. Thursday we got 2. Today? 4!!!! They are SO yummy. Oh my gosh! My 3 year old is grossed out that they are duck eggs but after eating some - keeps asking for more.

Oh my gosh! My kids brought in egg #5 for today!!! Oh my gosh you guys! This is so stinking exciting!!

I can't stay for overnights this time, I'm not exhibiting any critters this time.

Jeff, I can't access mail from the phone app, any news on getting the Blue Copper Marans chicks this weekend? Anyone going from Redding to Chico this weekend and wants to transport some of Jeff's chicks for us?
