It is easier to say no than to think rationally.
Is it also forbidden to walk your dog in a park? Or maybe if someone asked permission it too would be disallowed.

The meetups are all fine in the SD parks.

We need these meet-ups to be more centrally located to the IE so that peeps from Hemet/Yucaipa/29Palms etc... can come as well. Norco is the perfect spot.

I am going to pay a personal visit to Parks & Rec in Norco, I am planning on going this week, with papers in hand from the Board of Equalization and MANY questions and statment of facts for these people.

I'm not getting tossed out of a PUBLIC PARK for NO valid reason!

Ask them to give you a list of reasons why the park cannot be used, AND why it is so different in San Diego.

Just because the 4H use a different site does not mean you need to. 4H is very different to this.

Good luck froggiesheins. Maybe this issue should be brought up to the city council if it's a city park. I thought Norco was a chicken friendly city. It seems like all the chicken breeders are in Norco.

The Dept of Park&Rec will be getting a refresher course on their own rules and regulations after I ask to see all the rules governing usage of said parks AND ask for their interpretation of those rules. And as far as raising cain at a city council meeting, OOOH I am a pro at that {{{{evil laughing}}}}.

I will not be contacting Norco anymore. I'm old and tired of speaking to a brick wall with boobs. (Or maybe no boobs, IDK) Robin clearly has no idea how to effectively communicate. I asked one last time about using ANY park for free or reduced fees. Her response was,"I have forwarded all you emails to Patti Ireland, she handles the Horse Grounds and Barns".

I have a funny feeling a new game of "Run-a-Round" will be started.
