I have Kayla and Vanessa here sick and Dakotah just called from my daughter's and he's sick. I can't drive my car till I can get it in the shop and get someone to do somethig with it. Trying to hunt down my oldest grand daughter to see if she'll get him home. Just what I need. A bunch of pukie people and I'm starting to fell bad too. We sure know how to party and bring in the New Year around here.
On a good note, I have 30 Bev Davis eggs that should be here next week or week after. Karen I'll probably be able to pick that cockerel up as soon as my car is done and I'm feeling better. I'm trying to keep a couple steps ahead of whatever this is. Hope I can do it. I want to use the cockerel and whats left of my Davis girls and try to get a few more chicks out of them before they all leave me.
My plan today was to start on the hoop coops. Looking around this house I should try to pick it up instead. Looks like an explosion happened. Never seen so many piles of things in my life. That and I HATE dark carpet. It shows everything! So glad I went out last night and filled waterers and feeders. I doubt I'll have the energy today.
Karen, how much are tarps at Harbor Freight? I love that place. I saw some a lot closer to home the other day at Cresent, but I didn't write down prices and just can't remember. Wish I could get my hoop coops taller, but not even going to try. I tried gluing PVC together for a smal one once and right now it's covering the back of a coop that's not finish. The whole thing fell apart, so at least it was useful for something. LOL
I think we need a show thread. Anyone else think so?
