The Battery worked

Power was of from 9 to 2:45 and the Genesis 1588 ran on the battery the whole time.

Lockdown is tomorrow. Hatch day is Sunday.

OK I have been working on a project egg. I think I'm close, but they just aren't there and will probably be 2 more generations. At this point they are almost gray, but the ast 2 days they had had a light brown spot on one side and a blue spot on the others side. Maybe I should stop here. They're different.

My Silver Phoenix have started laying better. I have a swap and sending a couple out, but the rest I'm popping into the bators. I need to get them a better area, but they're fine for now. My BBS roo got out and made a beeline for my Lav pullet Lavern! I swear if I get EEs, he's soup!

Makayla was getting ready for school today and this rolled down the street. I have no idea where it came from but they are everywhere near the train tracks so thats robavly where it came from. But I took the pic when it stopped and then 5 seconds later Kayla and I were literally running into the yard and behind the fence so it didn't roll over us. LOL

When I was a kid in San Diego, we used to make snowmen out of those.
Makayla is a cutie.

Hope you get at least a pair!!!! Here chick chick chick!!!

OK I have 2 OEs, 1 EE, 1 BCM and 2 Yokohamas out! Plus there is one more Yokohama trying to zip but not doing a very good job. I moistened the opening a tiny bit since it was drying out after so many hours but other than that I haven't helped. I don't think he is as developed as he should be but I'm still hoping he makes it.

That's exactly what I was gonna say! We would wire three together, spray paint them white and then decorate them. They made cute christmas "snowmen".

That's so awesome! So you still have six more right? Good idea that you moistened the zipped area, hopefully it'll finish tonight. There's still a chance on a couple more going too. Can't wait! Very eggsiting!

We did the same thing. Some people don't know that the Bay Area can have these suckers rolling around. The wind was blowing so hard most of the time that this thing was going to clobber us. LOL
Makayla is loving that people comment about her pic and her tumbleweed LOL.

Sunny I've Wrapped dam paper towels and napkins around eggs and lots of them hatched with that to help.

Won't let me edit and my "P" sticks!

Damp, I meant damp!

LOL That's how I read it. Yea I did that but then unwrapped it after a bit so it wouldn't get too waterlogged.

OMG I just got up to check on that egg before I hit submit and there is another Yokohama almost completely zipped! I just checked them an hour ago. This one is a healthy li'l bugger!
