Kim I have a free shelf in my Brinsea if you want me to hatch for you. I have good results with 54% humidity so thats how I have it set up.
Karen I got carried away turning the backyard yesterday and just now read this. It was the thermometer. Woke up to 2 chicks out, but my humidity had dropped so I tossed in a trusty femine pad and hope the rest hatch. LOL So far just 2 EEs, but a lot of my eggs didn't make it to lockdown. I need to figure out what's going on here. I was getting lots of fertility and I'm just not. Maybe my roos just like the other breeds and not their own kind???

I think maybe a couple of more days out back and I might be asking you and Arron for for some help with the hoop coops. We'll see.

I need to buy a camera and learn how to add pics from it to my laptop. Bill always did it for me and now I'm a goof. I swear I thought him a lot of things when it came to compputers, but they've changed so much, I just never have time to figure it all out.

3 out and one [i[[ed, but my LG went up to 104 while I was out and the humidy dropped, so not sure what's going to happen to those eggs. I can't win I tell ya. I think I have an FBCM out in the Sportsman. I need more of them, so hope a few more hatch. OH and the Jap eggs are in the LG. Figures! The other dozens of eggs in the Sportsman are guineas. I need a couple of Jap pullets though. They aren't due yet, so I hope I didn't cook them.

I wish I could remember who has them Liz. Darn I had just talked to someone a couple of months ago about theirs.

My eggs in the LG were all clear! I also have some in there that are due later on, but only one with any vein. I was hoping for BTB Japs. Lowrider is a lonely boy and he's trying to get friendly with the LF hens who end up chasing him all over the yard. I didn't have a lot that made it to lockdown in the Sportsman, but I have some noisy little chickies in there.
