So sorry! Call ducklings are very fragile. I have lost a few on day 3. Very sad

They all had life insurance, but I’m 90% sure it’ll be replaced with the “within 48 hours of having them” thing instead. I submitted the form for a replacement and where it said “ filler duckling will be factory choice, but you have requests” I put penciled call duck

Has anyone else submitted one of the loss forms before? What happens after

I had to replace my Cayugas three times and the third shipment I added a pair of Pilgrim geese as protection. Had a snake problem that’s been solved. My geese are also very good at protecting their ducks.
I called their customer service with my order number and they handled everything extremely well.
