I currently have 7 call duck eggs incubating. I’ve been doing a lot of research and it seems they are difficult to hatch due to the short neck/bill. It’s getting closer and closer to lockdown and im wondering how I should proceed. Some threads say to candle and do a safety hole when they internally pip, others say just to let them do their thing. I would really appreciate any advise from someone with call duck hatching experience
he was pipped in the air sack and then decided to turn and try and externally pip outside the air sack. Anyways, I have now opened up the other 2 eggs air sacs since I’m worried now. They seem to be doing ok but I could use advise on how to proceed.
