Call Duck Hen-Swelling on Side of Face

My blue fawn call duck hen has a strange swelling on that side of her face that looks like it could be a tumor. Should I be worried? If so, how should I take action? Thoughts?

Any advice is much appreciated. It hasn’t hindered her any, but I’m worried it may in the future.

I just locked up my birds for the night, but I will check her mouth in depth tomorrow. There is definitely fluid in there. No liquid came out of her nasals and my pressing it didn’t seem to hurt her.

And I forgot to ask is the swelling hard or soft?
