Call Ducks Finally Hatched

Well I got three babies out of the four that made it to lockdown.. The fourth one was upside down never external or internally pipped and died in the shell. Wish I could have helped him.. my other three are doing great except one the black one, he's having some leg issues. He's dragging one leg while the other one is flaring outward.

First one possibly a blue magpie, second one not sure, last one a bibbed..

I have 10 more due on march 15th

And the bibbed finally got the hang of using his feet. LOL

a good incubator and hand turning is trustworthy with calls. These are all bator babies

I am surely hating hand turning though. I like my auto turner. But since yall say hand turning is better, I'm doing it.

My incubator is a hand made one, been using it for seven years now.. got to admit my Hoover bator was great and had a turner but it didn't last as long..

I hear yah, not a big fan of the hand turning but right now I have 10 in the bator these are shipped eggs, so I'm gonna have to say, it's working pretty good so far...plus my Hoover died, so I had to resort back to my hand made bators..

Ten eggs out of 12. One of my best hatchlings for shipped eggs..

The two I lost was because one was deattached and the other was clear..
