Understand now and seems fine to me as long as the beak is at the air cell end. Doesnt matter which "side" of the egg they're on

Okay good I hope so. Im just so worried after my one died and Cathy lost all 3 of hers.....really will feel better after Saturday comes and goes.....okay bed time I will update in the morning.

That's actually good because they are using the entire length of the egg.. making it easier for them to come out and absorb everything..

I get you now. LOL  YEH that doesn't matter the only thing that matters is if they are at the air cell end or the smaller end, doesn't matter if they are on top or bottom.  That's fine.  LOL, stop freaken, they will be OK.  LOL.

. So sorry!!

Never seen an egg filled up with blood like that, it actually kind of freaked me out. LOL. Well now we can only hope the TWO momma ducks make it.

Sassy was soooo funny tonight. I have her in with 19 chicks OH now there's 20 husband found a chick outside. LOL. WAIT SO THAT MEANS HE'S HELPING MY HOARDERING. YEHH I'M OFF THE HOOK,

anyway all of them were being soooo noisy, so I'm talking to them say "my goodness, you guys just yap yap yap then I have to hear scratch scratch scratch, then peep peep peep" all of them are Quit EXCEPT Sassy, Yep she starts peep peep peeping away at me. we are peeping at each other going back and forth. It was the cutest and funniest thing..

all the chickens are quite Except her she's just talking away at me. LOL

No.....they rocked a bit last night but that's it.


If I can see the movement does that mean they've internally pipped? None have externally pipped, and when should I do safe holes??? Today is day 27.

My one from last week hatched overnight day 27-28, BUT it externally pipped overnight day 26-27

I've been reading all this for weeks, thinking mine aren't due til next month etc, I'm good, no stress....this morning it dawns on me....It IS next month!!!
