Problem number one you used a turner. Call duck eggs typically die unless they are rotated horizontally. I have tested this 3 times now and all eggs on the turner died so I feel fairly confident that this is true.
What did you run your humidity at during incubation?
During lockdown?
Did you take them off the turner? Again, something that will kill them.
At what day did they die?
Did they internally pip?
Did any externally pip?
Did you open them up to see what the issue was?
Did you get all three batches of eggs from the same source or different source?
