Cant you just log onto paypal, click send money enter my email address, click continue and then select payment method? right there you should be able to use the card you want?

I just tried it, you can add the card if its not already in there?

Just click change under the payment method, it takes you to the next page and in the upper right hand corner, you can add a card...
