I don't, I'm Soooo STRESSED OUT, I've been getting about 3 to 4 hours of sleep, we are sooo close and yet soooo far... GRRRRR.

I know what you mean. Believe it or not, even I get tense reading these hatching situations you folks post. I live 3000 mi or so from you but it's kinda intense. It seems like time just crawls doesn't it?

Aww thanks but I don't think I got her early enough she is very skittish and the more time I spend with her the more time it seems she doesn't like me :/

Oh, I feel bad for both of you. It's like you see these very cute ducks and then can't handle them which would be so hard given how wonderful they are. Hopefully she will come around.

She's adorable buff! But I think I'd come up with a different name. Or use the odd spelling instead. Its cute, but with all the stuff going on in the world, I'd hate to see your posts get flagged by the government lol

Yeah that's what I was wondering about to , but honestly that shouldn't affect the name of an animal.

It shouldn't and I agree but given the name and its association with the extremest group, you never know what the government is watching. And naming your ducklet Isis is totally innocent and shouldn't be an issue...

Personally I would just want nothing to do with the word itself. Period. But that's just me, so I mentioned it, in case you hadn't thought of it. I certainly wouldn't type it much, or just be careful how you use it. Never know when big brother is watching lol

I don't think that's really how it works...but yeah, Isis is my favorite Egyptian goddess next to Bast, so it sucjs that it's kinda been ruined by association ;;

Well big brother should also know that it's a duckling if they had been watching long enough
Either way good and bad news Isis is great she loves her little duckling friends and sadly one of the the two mandarins died that we had gotten with her and back to good news the other mandarin is great and they are sort of doing a bonding thing

She still doesn't seem to like me though
