Call Ducks Finally Hatched

Well it's peachncrm37 baby iits a call and he's being a little difficult, but I'm glad we found his head and we are slowly trying to get this little stinker to stay alive long enough for her first one who's internally pipped to crack and make enough noise to get the surgery baby to react and come out a little faster..

But he is in nooooo rush for us to see him, so he's taken his sweet time. He's a little swelled but I believe all absorbed.. We just need him to make some noise to get the swelling down and start acting like a duck..

Awww. Can't wait to see the little ones. Hope they're all still doing well this morning.
 
All but 5 of mine have internally pipped and 3 have externally pipped :) They should be here tonight. 3 quitters though :( Hopefully all the others will be fine. I'm working now and hating it!

He's not going to make it. He absorbed all the membrane but for some reason isn't absorbing the yolk. This is one that if I had left him alone he would have just died. Very sad and hard to see. The other one is doing fine, should be out by tonight. Going to be a loner though since I have no more eggs hatching, poor guy.
 
Last night I had fully absorbed blue showgirl that died grrrr my first one. Can't figure out why so many loses. It's not suppose to work this way.

I'm so sorry for you both. Soo sad. I had 9 of mine that quit today. I'm just not sure what's going here. The others are gorgeous but it's definitely heartbreaking. This batch is definitely a Lori batch but will save the good news and pictures for a better time

Peachncrm37 I had another black one that hatched out tonight. Not sure yet if it's a black bibbed or a magpie type but since I already have 3 we can work out something if you're interested. That way your little one won't be alone
