OK first of all how do you have them SET on the turner? Upright or do you have them Flat? Are you taking them Off the turner for lockdown? What is your humidity at at the time of lockdown? What is your Temp at?

Do you have forced air or still?

I had all of them small end down. Yes I would have taken them out of lock down but I have never get there...

I have it temp at 101 an the humidity is about 65% It's a still air.

Problem number one you used a turner. Call duck eggs typically die unless they are rotated horizontally. I have tested this 3 times now and all eggs on the turner died so I feel fairly confident that this is true.

What did you run your humidity at during incubation?

During lockdown?

Did you take them off the turner? Again, something that will kill them.

At what day did they die?

Did they internally pip?

Did any externally pip?

Did you open them up to see what the issue was?

Did you get all three batches of eggs from the same source or different source?

Don't worry we are here to help. I would say humidity is WAY too high. I run my humidity at 25-30% for the first several weeks. At lockdown I raise it, but barely. I spray my eggs 3 times a day after day 7, hand rotate at the same 3 times a day. I leave them the first 7 days without any water, and I start spraying after the first 7 days. Sorry think I got a little repetitive.

I don't have a still air though, Lori might have better suggestions for you.

Ducks do much better laying down, If you go to my website www.lwbarnhouse.com in method two, I have a pic of how I incubated duck eggs on the turner but laying down. You can use the turner as long as they are flat.

I am ready to give up... I have lost my Mandarin hen, Red golden pheasant cock in the last few weeks. Today I let every thing out and they were fine. Then on school break I went back out. I had a pigeon and a 3 month old pullet laying face-to-face well kinda but both of the heads were GONE

And of course they were a few of my fav birds...
Any clue on what would have done that?

It has to do with the protective coating on the shell. Washing the shell washes away the coating which can allow bacteria to get in. However if the egg is fertile its going to start to grow or you should get blood rings even if bacteria gets in.

I have dirty eggs all the time and I mist my eggs no issue.

Sounds like you have infertile eggs. What's your drake to hen ratio?

Hmmm, I don't know that should be fine then. Unless your drakes are paired up you may have a couple hens that aren't getting bred.

I know a raccoon will eat just the heads. Foxes will take it off the property and bring them to there nest. Possum I think they are to slow to catch anything and I believe they like them already dead if I recall, but I have never had a possum eat anything at my place.

I would say the Raccoon.
