I do not see yolk, NO ONION, DO NOT RAISE THE HUMIDT. He needs to dry his cord up. He's not ready but there's no yolk to worry about, he's very well absorbed..

That cord attached to him, needs to dry up and it will shrink. He's ok.. Looks like the vent is just a tiny tiny bit swelled still but as he chirps and drys up more it will shrink down. WHEW he's gonna be ok..

Just leave him bee, he will probably drag his shell around like a lot of luggage..lol

He's out but he can't stay balanced he just falls on his back and also this is what he does in te brooder
