Call Ducks Finally Hatched

I'm so sorry...I love French bulldogs, they're such an awesome breed, and yours sounded especially sweet. I'm glad the mastiff is starting to cheer up a bit, but are you holding up okay?

It's been hard but I try to just keep myself busy so I don't think about it so much. Which isn't hard working 50 hrs a week and then coming home to tend to 80+ chickens, 25+ calls, 8 chinchillas, a dog and 7 parrots lol. I miss him a lot and think about how he was always so happy all the time. He was such a lover and loved everyone and everything. He wasn't the smartest book on the shelf but man was he a happy dog and so full of life. The vet thinks he had a stroke and within just a matter of 3 days he was gone. I had to watch the life drain out of him until I couldn't allow him to suffer any longer and the time came to let him go. Holding him while he took his last breath was awful and not something I will ever forget.

Oh, sweetie...I know how you feel. My greyhound Maggie passed from bone cancer just a few months ago. But I was lucky, she lived for five years longer than the vet said she would, and at least we both got to hold our babies as the vet put them peacefully to sleep. He probably had the best life in the world, having chick buddies to play with and a loving owner to dote on him. I wish all doggies could be so lucky!

What kinds of parrots do you keep? I adore parrots so much, but seven of them, wow!

Awww. I'm sorry for your loss also. It's always so hard to lose a pet.

I have 3 princess of wales, a red rump, 2 lineolateds and a moluccan cockatoo. Technically only the cockatoo is a parrot and the others are in the parakeet family

HI guys,
I know I disappeared for a while and the reason I did is because when there's a death, I like to go back and reflect on what happen, to see if there was anything we missed, if there was anything different we could have done and to make sure we didn't miss or make a mistake.

I do think in 18angovem REALLY needs to go back and make some changes in order to have a good hatching. I have some suggestions, suggestions that I have giving him before if he recalls.

I would like to see him make these adjustments BEFORE he starts another hatching. He can be very successful.. ANYONE can be very successful..even with the Call Duck Challenge,,,,,

My incubators are full for the next 2 weeks but my calls just started laying again. Once I can get some in the incubator to check fertility I will have some available.
HAY GIRL, HOW THE HECK ARE YOU???? it's been a long time, I LOVE THE PIED, from your eggs. HE's SOOOOOOOO COOL, he has hooked up with my grey..

What do I need to do? I am building my fridge bator so any advice would be great. I am making it according to your websites instructions. The longest part is making a turner that turns a large amount of eggs sideways.

Tammy,

Why am I seeing sooo many ducks?? your suppose to be moving closer to me. I WANT MORE PIED's.. LOL WOOD DUCK, did I SEE a WOOD DUCK. lol

Oh man. Glad everyone is ok. I've trained my pooch over the years to protect "mommy's kids" lol. He checks all the coops several times a night and lays in the middle of the yard while they free range during the day. He's such an amazing dog. I lost my french bulldog last week. He couldn't protect a fly but he sure loved the chickens. The chicks would literally lay with him and dust bathe in the dirt next to him while he nuzzled and sniffed them. His loss has definitely taken a toll on my mastiff and he's just now starting to show signs of happiness again after a week and a half of depression type behavior. He finally came and snuggled with me in bed this morning before we got up. He was definitely his buddy and will be missed by both of us for a long time to come.
OMG, I would never let my mastiff sleep in my bed, THERE WOULDN"T be any room. LOL. He gets the couch. My jack russel sleeps with me and sometimes he's a pain because I can't put my legs straight because he has to lay left to right, instead of the same position I'm in.
