Call Ducks Finally Hatched

It looked sorta different from the start, with it's 'loose' appearance. Almost like the air cell was detached or something. I'll try and take a picture of it later tonight. My poor little baby. It had a heartbeat only 3 days ago.

that honestly makes me want to cry. I am sorry. These hatchlings are so tenuous.

Here's an update my hatching isn't going very well, we had an externally peep last night, this morning he was gone, this guy was pure BLACK, omg wouldn't that have been awesome to have One black and ONe white duck. LOL so that brings me down to 7 I candled the rest apparently one of the eggs had some black spots when I opened him, he was gone, lots of gooy stuff Looks like the gooy stuff blocked the flow of his veins causing blood clots which is instant death. opened up another that had a lot of clear spots, he was gone another sticky guy.

So right now I'm down to 5 eggs, I believe three of them are gone but will candle them again tonight, I didn't see any movements last night, I had another pushing on the membrane not sure if he's making any progress though. The last one has externally peeped will see if he can make it out OK.

So I'm down to 5 but I think my final count will be 2, I did end up throwing more eggs in my bator last night 8 total.
