Call Ducks Finally Hatched

They look like they know how cute they are cute! The way they hold their heads just so. Those doe eyes are to die for. Great job! Hatching those babies takes slot of care.

Thank you so much! Yes, their doe eyes! I was thinking the same thing! They're beauties!

Good morning little ducks!

Aweee! Congrats! They're adorable!

Thanks everyone. My last sticky baby hatched. He has goo that dried on his head and around the eyes. Does anyone know of a safe way to get that off?

The last duckling has externally pipped.

I lost 2 :( they were too big for the shell and got stuck. Fully absorbed. I have some small hens that lay such little eggs.

Warm wet cotton ball for the head and eyes, and a bath for the body but make sure you warm him up quickly don't want him to get to cold.

Here they are, 4 chiltern whites, one mallard and one Rouen I think, I'm not sure. They were swimming in the paddling pool, they were 2 weeks old, not day olds.

UH oh what is he doing?  I like poultry drench myself.

He is eating, drinking, and playing perfectly fine. Ever so often though, not all the time, he'll sneeze a few times and there's a bit of a whistle/wheeze to his breathing. He doesn't act sick at all though, my babies are playful little boogers. (; It just seems he could have a bit of a cold maybe. Or even allergies?
