Considering I just got my first egg today I'm in no hurry, but I am curious as to what my chickens could hatch if they ever will. I have four BR hens and a gold Sexlink hen. My rooster is a rescued silky showgirl black and red splash.
( Adorable but ugly at the same time). What traits should I expect to take over in their babies? ( Again if/when I decide not to just eat eggs).

Can you post a picture of your rooster?
This is him

He's missing a lot of feathers, but I think he's either black with red leakage or partridge. Assuming that he only has one copy of the naked neck gene, half of his offspring will have a naked neck. Half of his offspring will be frizzled. The BR cross would give you almost all black hens and barred roos. The sex link cross (assuming she's the usual kind) would give you some black offspring with red leakage and some white offspring with red leakage.

Thanks! That was an old picture of the rooster back when he was getting hen pecked bad he has mostly black and grey on his body and tail and his wings and thighs are red if that makes a difference.

Well he got beat with the the ugly stick. But I'll get but all kidding aside. I to love Oddball chickens.
He has two copies of the naked neck gene. When they're heterozygous, they end up with a little "bowtie" on their necks. He doesn't have that in this photo, so he should be homozygous dominant naked neck. So you can expect all offspring to be bowtie naked necks. None will have a silkie coat but all will carry it, and you can expect all to have walnut combs (given that your girls all have single combs.) Color is far from my expertise, but all males from the BR crosses will be barred, females should be either black or red. I've not the slightest clue as to the golden sexlink crosses.

Since he's missing a lot of feathers, I thought that he could also be missing his bowtie.

If you breed with the BR, you will get sexlinks...
Roosters...
Will be barred black... possible leakage
Have a 50 percent chance of inheriting naked neck
Have a 50 percent chance of inheriting frizzling
Have a 50 percent chance of inheriting crest
Have an unknown chance of inheriting feather legs (multiple genes involved)
Have an unknown chance of inheriting a comb that is not single (idk what his parents looked like)
Have an unknown chance of having white legs (they could be yellow)
Hens...
Black (with possible gold leakage)
Have a 50 percent chance of inheriting naked neck
Have a 50 percent chance of inheriting frizzling
Have a 50 percent chance of inheriting crest
Have an unknown chance of inheriting feather legs (multiple genes involved)
Have an unknown chance of inheriting a comb that is not single (idk what his parents looked like)
Have a 50 percent chance of being fibro
Will have slate legs

With the red sexlink it will be all of these things except...

Roosters...
For plumage:
25 percent chance of red type pattern
25 percent chance of black with red leakage
25 percent chance of white tailed red type pattern
25 percent chance of white with some black markings

Hens...
For plumage:
25 percent chance of red type pattern
25 percent chance of black with red leakage
25 percent chance of white tailed red type pattern
25 percent chance of white with some black markings

Presuming that the sire expresses the mahogany gene.
