I bought my Brinsea the end of December but don't plan on hatching till April(ish) I am hoping there'll be another hatch thread then. Till then I am living vicariously though all those who are hatching now..........

Believe me, we seem to have a hatching thread every month! If you don't see one, just start one!! We are addicted to hatching!!!

Look! Not even a day old, and she's already going broody.

I haven't done it yet, but it looks like you go to the Brinsea facebook page, make sure you 'like' them. Then look at the top. It says, "Brinsea Products, Inc" underneath that it says, "Wall, Info Discussion, etc, etc." Underneath that it says "share Post Photo Link Video" Click on Photo, and click appropriatly. If you need help past this point, I'm not the person.

Lovin' all these cute pictures!!! The broody chick is adorable!

my eggs are still eggs. Tossed two cuz they were unfertile, they rest are doing something.

Here I'm moving more biddies to the brooder. I now have 20 in the brooder it was cold last night & they were all balled up in the brooder. There are still more in the bator that were wet so they spent their first night in the bator.

I am so TICKED! 9 of my quail hatched out, a 10th was on its way. I head to the washroom for 1 minute and my husbands &^%* cat jumps up on the counter and knocks over my MINI! The stupid cat didn't eat them, he just looked at them put at least 1 of the quail will probably have to be culled and I don't know if a couple of others are going to survive the shock. Never mind the 3 last eggs!

Had to vent.

No joke on that comb! If it's a hen, I'm in total shock!

These are all mutts. I bought out a man's flock to add to mine and grabbed the first few days of eggs and threw them in the 'bator. The hens are cuckoo marans, exchequer leghorns, black copper marans, wellsummers, buff orpingtons, a couple of EE, and the roo is a Pendesenca. I had no clue what I'd get out of them!

This morning's count was 11 chicks and 1 egg zipping. There are 2 that I thought were late quitters, but I'll watch them a bit longer. And then three more that I can't tell if there are pips are not. I'll just have to be patient!
