Good point. I'd stagger the hatch if possible or use a mesh bag.

yes I have 2 pullets that just hatched with the silver ameraucana /crele project.
in my bator now is just the 15 crele eggs I got in and 5 empordanesa. I have 10 more Empordanesa going to a friend on here to incubate for me as My bator only holds 20. If these hatch well the crele will go in a seperate run than mine

My Penes from Our Fly Babies are 8.5 weeks old and are outside enjoying some grass and Bugs. Of course the chicken feed inside the cage is more interesting to them but I bet they will get some bugs too!

This is a great looking Rooster. It looks like the only Rooster in the bunch.

Partridge Pene:



This one must be a Partridge Pene Pullet. Only one egg with Wheaten written on it hatched.

This is a picture of the two lighter Partridge Pene pullets. The Chick eating is A Horstman RIR Cockerel. I have two boys and two girls that hatched from his hatching eggs.

She already has the little Carnation comb going on too
