I use THESE to fix phone/ethernet wire breaks. They are bulky, but all you need is a pair of pliers. My fingers are to broken to deal with small wires and small screws to use the type you posted.

@Kiki The Christmas tree is in Niven’s corner of the living room. It’s her territory. So under the tree is a feeder, a water dish, a hidey house, and her tunnel. But we wrapped it all in Christmas paper to make it look festive. The only actual present under the tree is for her
