Am I to assume that the posted 'weights' are in ounces? I didn't see any units. Hoping it isn't in grams...that is tiny!!! And no, I haven't ever see baby rabbits just after birth, so I have nothing to go by regarding units.

So, assuming it is ounces, AND assuming that I read the images correctly (bad eyes and a couple it was difficult to discern if it was an 8 versus 6 versus 3:rolleyes:

So, assuming I read them correctly (2.260, 2.250, 2.286 and 2.211, respectively) and that the values represent ounces, this is what I calculated:

Average weight: 2.2515 oz( technically 2.252, because of significant figures), which equals 0.1407 (again, technically 0.141) lbs

Clearly, the 2.286 (if I am readiing the # correctly) is the heaviest. Heaviest doesn't correlate directly with 'fattest', though as I have no length measurement to determine a relative weight to length ratio to extrapolate 'fattest' from.

I did NOT use the technically appropriate significant figures below due to the closeness of weights:
2.260 oz. = ~0.14125 lbs.
2,250 oz=~0.140625 lbs
2.211 oz= ~0.1381875 lbs
2.286 oz = ~ 0.142875 lbs.

Second set of calculations just in case 2.286 is REALLY 2.236 oz:

Avg. weight: 2.239 oz; 0.139953125 lbs. (techinically, 0.140 since must round to 3 sign. figures post decimal)

Weights remain unchanged for first 3 listed above weights, weight for 2.236 oz = ~0.13975 lbs. (again, technically 0.140 due to significant figures)

and finally, if 2.286 was really 2.236, then the heaviest would become 2.260...note statement above regarding 'fattest' versus 'heaviest'

Hmmm, did I misunderstand? Do you have 2 distinct wiggly things, @ 2 weights each not 4 wiggly things @ 1 weight each?
(btw, SOP in most instances is to average 3 readings for each, in case one is an outlier, it will have less overall effect.......yes, I know, but that is my Stats/Mathematical mind going, and it may not be practical with very wiggle things - though that makes it even more necessary for greater accuracy! :th)

Oh, boy. Okay, I will recalculate, but not until you confirm the # I should be able to read, but am totally unsure of!
