Yep! It sucks big time. More allergic to some than others. Horses and hay about kill me. Go figure.

That’s so sad!!! Since you love them so much!!! horses actually really bother me too. I didn’t realize it till I started riding and my allergies would go ballistic in the barn. I haven’t ridden in years though. And oddly it never showed up on any test or whatever. The test just showed those 3.

Female poodles are best for individuals with dog allergies. Their saliva lacks the protein that makes you have reactions to dog saliva.

That’s so interesting!! Why females specifically? I actually really love poodles hahah it’s weird though because some dogs it doesn’t seem to affect me as much or maybe I’m just more used to it now. Gator was pretty bad. He was extremely slobbery though. Some of my brother’s are bad. But yet Brew gives me face bathes all the time and I’m fine. But the bad ones I would get headache/dehydrated/just really weak and sick feeling if I didn’t wash it off. Actually would get a skin reaction where they kissed sometimes too. I have really sensitive skin.

No idea really. I just have a friend who specifically has to have female poodles if she has dogs for that reason. I’m sure I could Google the specifics.
