And look up oxalates and rabbits - the veggies with those should be minimal. My go-to is organic red lettuce...they love it. Dandelion greens too - Whole Foods have them (other cheaper places may too), or you can pluck them out of your yard if you don’t use weed killer. I give mine a vitamin that I use a dropper in their water to give, and a probiotic mixed in with their pellets. Who knows if either are really necessary, but when bunnies have GI issues, they can be deadly so I think the probiotic is a good add. Speaking of which, keep some liquid gasex on hand and a tiny syringe.
When he starts to blow his coat, and actually you can do this every day or so anyway, brush him. When they blow the coat, if they ingest too much fur while cleaning themselves, it can cause an impaction.
So much to know about these little tiny animals!
