Earlier this morning I completely emptied out his litter box and put fresh litter pellets in so I would be 100% sure that he was peeing and pooping.

Do you have simethicone baby gas drops on hand? He doesn't look very happy when you rub your hand down his side. And there's a bit of hair in those turds (not unusual).

No gas drops. I could go get some but I'm not so sure I would be able to give him any.
I tried a syringe of Nutri-Drench... I was not fighting him for more than one second. I gave up real quick so it's going to be a no-go if I have to shove something in his mouth.

I put his poops in my hand to take a picture and the little s*** stole one from my hand while I was getting the picture.
Talk about gagging.
