I thought about turning a cat litter box, with a lid on it, into one for a minute but change my mind quickly because I didn't want dirt flying everywhere.

You could fill it up with bedding.

My mom sent me this like 2 hours after me and my sister left on Wednesday

When Sophie was alive, she would do that all the time. Every time I found one of her tunnels, she would cover it up later.

She was like, “He's on to me! Cover the evidence!”

I would always imagine her with a little miners hat when she was digging.

Who needs a Rototiller when you got a rabbit!

Another good memory I have of her is when I would go check on her while she was resting. She would sometimes give me a funny look, as if to say the following:

I guess it’s one those days that I miss her. It’s been almost 3 months since she passed away.

That reminds me, I didn’t know what to do with her body, so I put it in the freezer until I could bury her.

I was finally able to dig in the ground, so I finally gave her a proper burial next to the garden.
